The second argument is used for passing in the pointer to the engine that should be previously allocated with <code>cl_engine_new()</code>. A number of loaded signatures will be <SPAN CLASS="textbf">added</SPAN> to <code>signo</code> <A NAME="tex2html21" HREF="footnode.html#foot357"><SUP><SPAN CLASS="arabic">10</SPAN></SUP></A>.
